Yes, Ana Koi Bridal is an authorized retailer of ALL designers and collections featured on our website and we are the exclusive retailer for Giovanna Alessandro in the GTA area. Designers only accept orders from authorized retailers such as Ana Koi Bridal and will not accept orders directly from a customer. Designers also do not communicate directly with customers regarding the status of an order. Order information is only given to authorized retailers.
How do I try on or see a wedding dress before I order?
You will need to schedule an appointment at Ana Koi Bridal to try on any dress you see on the website. What if the dress I want is not in store or it is not in my size?
Because designers create a large volume of dresses for any given line or collection, we handpick a select few from each collection to showcase at the store. We are authorized to sell any dress from our website, so if there is a specific dress you see online, we are able to order that exact model in your size for you.
When should I start shopping for a dress?
We recommend that you start looking for your dress a 9-12 months prior to your wedding day. This way you will have enough time to understand what you like, which styles complement your body, and order your perfect dress!
When should I order?
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible as it allows for allow ample time for production and shipping. It will also save you from extra stress and possible rush order or delivery fees and leaves time for alterations if needed. Please note that designers periodically discontinue their styles without advance notice.
How do Bridal sizes work?
Each designer will have their own size chart. Once you decide on the model of the dress, we will take your measurements and compare it to the designer’s size chart to see which size is needed for your body.
How do alterations work?
Once we have received your dress, we will invite you in for a fitting with our seamstress for a first fitting. Alterations are an additional service we offer to our brides to ensure your dress is a perfect fit. Often all that is needed is a hem at the bottom, so please ensure to bring your bridal shoes for your 1st fitting.
Do you carry plus size bridal gowns?
Of course! Although any dress can be ordered in your size, our own Ana Koi brand “Maria Mitchello” creates beautiful plus size gowns that complement any bride!
How much do your dresses sell for?
Our dresses range from $1,000 to $9,000 depending on the designers, collection, and season!
What sizes do you carry in store?
Our sample dresses in store range from bridal sizes 4-20.
I have a budget; will I be able to find anything in your store?
Of course, we always try our best to accommodate our brides and their respective budgets. We know how expensive it can get to plan a wedding, and offer great prices for new or sample dresses! Every bride should feel like a queen on her wedding day, regardless of the budget!
