Accepted Payments
Ana Koi Bridal accept all major forms of payment including cash payments, check payments, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCards, and American Express. We do not offer any payment or layaway programs at this time.
Online Purchases
For online purchases, the payment of your order is due in full at the point of purchase. Once you finalize the order and confirm all the details, we will send you a copy of your contract along with the invoice which can be paid online.
In-store Purchases
For in-store purchases, we require a 50% deposit of the price of the dress at the time of order. Once the dress is received in store, we will invite you in for a fitting where the remaining balance of the payment will be due.
Sample Purchases
We offer “off the rack” sample dresses on select items that can be purchased in store for up to 30% off. Payments for sample dresses are due in full at the time of the purchase as we are unable to place sample dresses on hold.
Refund Policy Ana Koi Bridal cannot refund any portion of your payment or accommodate any exchanges unless we have specified so on your contract prior to the order. We offer deposit refunds only on select items that can be returned to the store and kept as samples. Once your order has been submitted, our designers are unable to make any changes or modifications relative to style, size, color, or specific length on an order.
