At Ana Koi Bridal, we are here for you through the ups and downs of the purchase of your wedding gown during the coronavirus pandemic. We understand how frustrated you can be with the new regulations, but one thing to keep in mind is: you are not alone right now, so many couples have been impacted, countless wedding have been postponed, and it is a challenging time for all couples to go through this pandemic.
Some good news are that we are taking orders Online, and now you can buy any dress from anakoibridal.com. Our website has a big variety of dresses and designers that you can choose from. If you don’t know how to take your measurements, read the first blog on our website “How to Take Your Measurements Properly” and you will have a better idea. Our customer service representatives are also very fast with responding to all the emails and phone calls/voicemails. Definitely call us if you have any questions.
First, our showroom is all ready for you to come back and try our wedding or evening dresses. We love our clients and health and safety rules are #1 priority for us during the pandemic. We are making sure we take only One bride at a time right now. All Staff members are wearing facial barriers and sanitize their hands before and after each appointment. We will be working with limited stuff and by appointment only. You, and up to 5 gusts may attend your 1-hour appointment, we prefer no children at this time, but if it is a personal requirement, we will allow this.
Second, when coming in, the Sales Associate will welcome you and check your temperature. Our changeable sleepers are all sanitized before and after Every client. If you feel uncomfortable to wear them, we kindly ask you to bring your own clean shoes or we can clean the sleepers in front of you one more time. The dresses are steamed prior at the beginning of the day. We will continue to accept all forms of payments but only Canadian cash will be accepted. We also ask if anyone, including you or your guests is showing signs of illness or has come in contact with someone that is ill, that they reschedule their appointment by calling Ana koi Bridal Boutique.
Finally, no food or drink will be permitted in the boutique at this time. We will temporarily discontinue any complimentary beverages during the appointment.
